My family recently completed our seventh transaction with Orva.  We first decided that Orva was the agent for us when she crawled through the doggy door of a home in the Covenant when the owners forgot to leave a door unlocked as promised.  The owners were clients of Orva's and she treated them so well that we wanted the same treatment.  Orva has sold homes to both of our parents, rented the home that she crawled through the doggy door and got us top dollar, and produced the perfect home for us on the golf course of Rancho Santa Fe when nothing on the golf course was officially on the market.  That home was worth 1M dollars more than what we paid within 6 months.   Because all of these transactions were beyond perfect, we will soon be embarking on our eighth transaction with her.
